Minimums: 3-night minimum stay on Memorial Day & 4th of July; 4-night minimum stay on Labor Day. All Holidays must be prepaid at time reservation is made. Holiday rates, add $9 per night.
Deposit: A one night deposit is required when making reservations for the cabins, park model or corporate house.
A valid credit card is required to reserve a Cabin, Lodge, Bungalow or Corporate House.
Cancellation Policy:
- LODGING: We will return your deposit minus a $10.00 service charge if you cancel FIFTEEN (15) or more days prior to your arrival date. If you cancel FOURTEEN (14) days or less of your arrival date you will be charged one day's rate, the balance of your deposit will be refunded.
- HOLIDAY CANCELLATIONS: The Holiday Cancellation Policy applies to all campsites and lodging. We will return your deposit minus a $10.00 service charge if you cancel THIRTY (30) or more days before your arrival date. We do not refund holiday deposits on cancellations TWENTY-NINE (29) days or less of your arrival date. Please make sure you schedule your holiday reservations carefully.
- NO SHOWS: Guests failing to contact us to cancel (with the required time, listed above) will be considered a 'NO SHOW'. 'NO SHOWS' are subject to the same cancellation policies.
No Smoking allowed in any rental units.
Extra Persons: Rate includes sleeping arrangements - $10 per extra person
Pets: Cabin C00, C06, C33 (Full Service Lodges) are the only cabins where pets are allowed. A $20.00 per reservation fee for pets will apply. Management reserves the right to refuse some breeds of pets.
